We have a 10 day no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 10 days of receipt. Frames must be returned unworn and in new condition in order to receive the full credit.
All returns must include the following to qualify for a full refund:
- * The eyewear, case, and cloth
- * The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
- * The item is returned in its original packaging
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. At our discretion, we will refund up to $5 of the return shipping cost.
